X Push Up Challenge
The X pushup challenge is meant to promote discipline over a period of time. This is not just a physical challenge but a mental one.
The Rules:
-start with 10 pushups the 1st day
-Everyday after another 10 is added
-pushups must be continuous
-Set a goal before hand of how many you would complete
